IFS Application Managed Services (AMS)
One team that keeps IFS Cloud and IFS Applications running: functional and technical support, release management and continuous improvement, on a 24x5 or 24x7 schedule from Colombo, with offices in the US, UK and Singapore.

Pick the scope you need. Most customers start with help desk, functional support and release management, then add technical services as their system grows.
Logging, triage and resolution of everyday user issues, so your internal IT team stops being the IFS help desk.
Finance, supply chain, manufacturing, projects, service and maintenance: consultants who know the IFS modules you actually run.
Ongoing care of custom objects, modifications, reports and integrations, retested after every update.
Planning, testing and applying IFS Cloud service updates and twice-yearly releases, and patch installation on IFS Applications.
Oracle housekeeping and performance tuning, environment refreshes, and user access and security set-up.
We fix the cause, not just the ticket: recurring-issue reviews, focused user training and on-site programmes when you need them.
Cover across your working week, including early and late shifts. Right for most single-region manufacturers and distributors whose IFS isn't used overnight or at weekends.
Round-the-clock cover for operations that never stop: multi-site manufacturing, field service, asset-intensive operations and businesses spread across time zones.
No long-term commitment: expert help when you need it, for teams that run IFS in-house and want a specialist to call on.
Response and resolution targets for each priority level are written into your service agreement, along with the reporting you receive each month.
Changing support provider is mostly a knowledge-transfer exercise. We run it in four stages and confirm the length of each in the proposal, based on how many modifications and integrations you have.
We review your IFS version, modules, modifications, integrations, open tickets and current service levels.
We shadow your current provider or in-house team and document customisations, integrations and runbooks.
We work tickets alongside the outgoing provider until the queue and the handover checklist are clear.
Monthly service reviews, a backlog of fixes for recurring issues, and a roadmap for upgrades and new IFS features.
IFS Cloud and IFS Applications, including Apps 10. Standard support for IFS Applications 10 ended on 27 March 2025 and extended support ends on 27 March 2028, so many Apps 10 customers pair managed services with a planned upgrade to IFS Cloud. One team then supports you before, during and after the move.
IFS customers we work with include Toyota Lanka, Lanka Milk Foods, D. Samson & Sons, Bombay Sweets, Global Sea Food and Empire Teas, across manufacturing, food and beverage, distribution and services.
It depends on your users and modules, how many customisations you run, and whether you need 24x5 or 24x7 cover. Most customers choose a monthly retainer with a set number of hours; ad-hoc support is billed by the hour. We quote after a short review of your environment.
Yes. Knowledge transfer covers custom objects, modifications, reports and integrations, and we document anything that isn't documented yet.
Yes. We plan, test and apply service updates and the twice-yearly IFS Cloud releases, and retest your customisations and integrations each time.
The core team works from Colombo, Sri Lanka, with offices in Irving (Texas), Cardiff (UK) and Singapore. Colombo overlaps working hours in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, and 24x7 cover extends to the Americas.
Yes. As an IFS Channel and Services Partner we can manage your IFS Cloud subscription, plan your upgrade and support you afterwards, under one relationship.
That depends on system access and knowledge transfer. We agree a transition plan and a go-live date for support in the proposal.
Tell us your IFS version, modules and current support set-up. We'll come back with a proposal, a transition plan and a start date.
