IFS Cloud Licensing
Buy, size and manage your IFS Cloud subscription through an IFS Channel and Services Partner, with implementation and support from the same team.

Four things set the size of your subscription. Getting them right at the start is the easiest way to avoid paying for capacity you don't use.
How many people use the system and how they use it. People who work in IFS all day are priced differently from people who only approve, report or record time.
The capabilities you license: finance, supply chain, manufacturing, projects, service and field service, asset management and more.
Whether IFS runs IFS Cloud for you as a service, or you deploy it in your own or a hosted environment.
The subscription term, planned growth in users or companies, and how many legal entities and sites are in scope.
Implementation, data migration, integrations and training are services, priced separately from the subscription. We quote both together so you see the full first-year cost.
Standard support for IFS Applications 10 ended on 27 March 2025 and extended support ends on 27 March 2028. Moving to IFS Cloud means moving to subscription terms, and IFS currently offers Apps 10 extended support at no extra cost to customers who sign up to IFS Cloud. We'll size the subscription and plan the upgrade to IFS Cloud together, so the commercial and technical timelines line up.
Your subscription, implementation and support are planned by the same team, so licences match what is actually being deployed.
We map your roles to user types and modules against how people really work, so you don't overbuy.
Before each renewal we check usage and recommend changes to users, user types and modules.
Offices in Colombo, Irving (Texas), Cardiff and Singapore, with 24x5 or 24x7 support after go-live.
Commercial and technical questions that need IFS are raised and followed up by us, not left with your team.
Already on IFS Cloud with another partner? We review users, user types and modules against actual use and flag savings or gaps before your renewal.

We map roles to user types and modules, and agree deployment and term.
