IFS Cloud Implementation
Inivos implements IFS Cloud end to end, from discovery and solution design to data migration, testing, go-live and hypercare, for manufacturers, food and beverage producers, distributors and service businesses.

Each stage ends with a sign-off, so scope and decisions are settled before the next one starts.
Workshops with your key people to understand processes, systems and requirements, and to agree what success looks like.
A review of current systems and processes against standard IFS Cloud and industry practice, to decide what to standardise and what to keep.
A detailed roadmap, module design, data and integration plans, and a change-management plan.
IFS Cloud configured, extensions and integrations built, and everything tested against your scenarios.
Role-based training, super-user enablement and documentation your team can keep using.
A rehearsed cutover, then close monitoring and fast issue resolution while users settle in.
Regular reviews and adoption of new features from each twice-yearly IFS Cloud release.
General ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, consolidation and financial reporting.
Purchasing, inventory, warehousing, demand planning and distribution.
Shop floor, MRP, product structures, costing and quality, for process and discrete manufacturers.
Project planning, costing and billing for construction, engineering and project-based businesses.
Service contracts, work orders, scheduling and mobile field service with IFS FSM.
IFS assyst for ITSM and ESM, connected to IFS Cloud.
Cleansing, mapping and migrating data from your legacy ERP or spreadsheets, with reconciliation runs before cutover.
REST API integrations with CRM, e-commerce, BI, MES and your own applications.
IFS Report Designer, Crystal Reports and BI dashboards your managers will actually use.
System, integration and user-acceptance testing, with automated regression tests where they pay off.
Role-based training, super users and adoption support, so the system is used the way it was designed.
Close support after go-live, then a planned handover to IFS managed services if you want it.

Most mid-market projects take 6 to 12 months. A focused single-site rollout can be quicker; multi-site or heavily integrated programmes take longer. You get a dated plan at the end of discovery.
It depends on users, modules, sites, data migration and integrations. After discovery you get a proposal with a clear scope; IFS Cloud subscriptions are quoted through our licensing service.

Yes. We start from standard IFS Cloud and add extensions only where they earn their keep, which keeps the twice-yearly updates simpler.
Hypercare is part of every project. After that, our managed services team can support you, or we hand over to your in-house team with full documentation.
Yes. As an IFS Channel and Services Partner we can size and quote your IFS Cloud subscription alongside the implementation.
