September took us beyond our usual spaces, bringing new perspectives from international markets,meaningful conversations with industry leaders, and opportunities to connect with customers and communities. Closer to home, we also took our solutions into the retail and tea industries before wrapping up the month with a much-awaited team getaway.

From business conversations to beach days and 80s beats, here’s what made September one to remember.

Building Bridges Across Borders

September brought an exciting opportunity for Kasun Fonseka, COO of Inivos Technology, to engage with stakeholders across Australia and Singapore during a week filled with conversations, connections, and fresh perspectives.

As part of the Canberra delegation, Kasun had the opportunity to meet H.E. Yasoja Gunasekera, High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to Australia, along with MP Cassandra Fernandoand fellow Members of Parliament. The visit also included engagements withthe Sri Lanka–Australia–New Zealand (SLANZ) Business Council and Chamber, creating opportunities to explore stronger connections between Sri Lankan businesses and international markets.

Beyond these stakeholder engagements, the trip provided an opportunity to reconnect with valued customers Brave and PenCS. Conversations with customers offered valuable insight into their experiences, evolving needs, and the opportunities ahead.

With business relationships, customer conversations, and international collaboration all coming together, the visit brought back plenty of ideas and perspectives to build upon as we continue to grow.

Taking Transpomate to the Retail Industry

The Sri Lanka Retail Forum 2026 brought together professionals from across the retail sector, and Inivos was there to introduce the possibilities of smarter transport management.

Our team showcased Transpomate, engaging with new prospects and discussing how intelligent transport technology can help businesses streamline operations, improve visibility, and make more informed decisions across their logistics networks.

The response was particularly encouraging, with conversations highlighting the growing interest in technology-driven approaches to transport management. One comment that stayed with us was, “I never knew a solution like this existed in the market.”

We enjoyed every conversation at our stall and appreciate everyone who stopped by to learn more about Transpomate and share their perspectives with us.

Brewing Smarter Possibilities for the Tea Industry

We were also pleased to join the Tea Exporters Association AGM 2026 as a co-sponsor, connecting with some of the key players within Sri Lanka’s renowned tea industry.

The event gave us anopportunity to showcase Precision Blend, our solution designed to bring greater efficiency, consistency, and control to tea operations. More importantly, it created space for meaningful conversations with industry leaders and professionals about the opportunities for technology to support the evolving tea sector.

Inivacation’26 Brings the 80s Back

September wouldn’t be complete without INIVACATION ’26 our annual team getaway and a much-needed chance to step away from the everyday and simply enjoy being together.

Our trip to Marriott Weligama Resort & Spa came with everything from beachside moments and great food to a little unexpected rain. But the weather certainly didn’t stop the fun. The real highlight came when we stepped back in time for our 80s Retro Night.

The teams went all out, bringing their best denim, neon, bold accessories, big hair, and even bigger energy to the dance floor. And just when the night seemed to be winding down, midnight brought an unexpected upgrade as the Papare band took over and turned up the celebrations.

More than a getaway, Inivacation ’26 gave us the chance to reconnect beyond our usual workspaces, share a few laughs, make new memories, and celebrate the people who make Inivos what it is.
