March was a month defined by global presence, meaningful recognition, and empowering connections. From representing Inivos on an international stage to celebrating inspiring leadership andengaging with future tech talent, the month reflected our continued commitment to growth, collaboration, and impact.
Here’s a look at what shaped our March.

Expanding Our Global Footprint at IFSConnect DACH 2026
March marked an exciting chapter for us as we participated in IFS Connect DACH 2026 in Germany as a Proud Bronze Sponsor.
Representing Inivos were Asanga Marasinghe (CEO, Inivos Global), Ayomi Gunawardena (COO, Inivos Consulting), and Ulf Johansson (Sales Executive, Cegeka) engaging with industry leaders, partners, and the wider IFS community.
The event provided a valuable platform to exchange ideas, explore innovation, and strengthen relationships within the global enterprise technology ecosystem. From insightful conversations to meaningful new connections, it was an enriching experience that reinforced our growing international presence. We were especially grateful to everyone who took the time to visit our booth and engage with our team.

Celebrating Women at Inivos for International Women’s Day
In celebration of International Women’s Day, we took a moment to recognise and appreciate the incredible women who contribute to the strength and culture of the company.
The team came together for a creative vision board session, where ideas, goals, and aspirations were brought to life in an engaging and collaborative way. The session served as a reminder of the power of intention, growth, and shared ambition.
To mark the occasion, we also shared small tokens of appreciation, a simple gesture to celebrate the inspiring individuals who continue to shape our workplace every day.

Leadership That Inspires and Empowers
March also brought well-deserved recognition for Ayomi Gunawardena, COO of Inivos Consulting, whose leadershipjourney was featured across multiple platforms.
From a television feature on Siyatha TV, where she shared her experiences, perspectives on leadership, and lessons in resilience, to being highlighted in the AIA “Women Who Did It Anyway” feature.
Her journey reflects the reality behind success of navigating challenges, embracing uncertainty, and learning along the way. In the AIA feature, she spoke candidly about balancing a growing global career alongside personal roles, and the importance of moving forward even without having all the answers.
Stories like these not only celebrate achievement but also inspire others to take that first step.

Engaging with Future Tech Talent: IIT Industry Visit
As part of our continued efforts to support and inspire emerging talent, we welcomed students from IIT (SE, CS, andAI/Data streams) for an industry visit.
The session offered students a closer look into the professional world from understanding industry expectations to exploring career pathways within the tech space. It was an opportunity to bridge classroom learning with real-world insights, while giving students a clearer perspective on the possibilities ahead.
Engaging with future engineers and innovators remains an important part of our journey, and we’re always excitedto play a role in shaping their path forward.
Looking Ahead
March was a powerful reminder of what drives us connection, growth, and the people behind every milestone. As we move forward, we remain committed to creating impact through collaboration, empowering talent, and expanding our reach across borders.
Until Next Time…
