Welcoming the New Year
We began 2026 the Inivos way: together. The New Year was welcomed with a traditional Sri Lankan oil lamp ceremony followed by a shared breakfast, symbolizing new beginnings, unity, and optimism for the year ahead. It was a moment to pause, reflect, and align as a team before stepping into another year of opportunity, growth, and ambition.

Strengthening Global Partnerships at IFS SaKO 2026
Inivos was proud to be a sponsor at the IFS Sales Kickoff Conference (SaKO) 2026 held in Dallas, USA, one of the most significant global gatherings in the IFS ecosystem. Our CEO, Asanga Marasinghe, and Chief Growth Officer, Subashana Suwandarathna, represented Inivos at the event, engaging in strategic discussions around innovation, partnerships, and the future of enterprise solutions. The conference provided a valuable platform to strengthen relationships within the global IFS community while exploring new avenues for collaboration and growth.

Connecting with Future Talent at University of Moratuwa’s Career Fair 2026
January also saw us engaging with the next generation of engineers and innovators at the University of Moratuwa’s Career Fair 2026. Our team had an incredible time connecting with talented undergraduates, sharing insights into life at Inivos, discussing career opportunities, and exploring potential collaborations. The enthusiasm, curiosity, and technical promise displayed by the students reaffirmed our commitment to nurturing young talent and building strong industry-academia partnerships.
