ES&S Successfully Goes Live on IFS Cloud with Inivos
We’re excited to announce the successful go-live of Election Systems & Software (ES&S) on their new IFS Cloud system. A majormilestone for both ES&S and Inivos!
ES&S is a trusted leader in the U.S. elections industry, delivering secure and accessible voting systems nationwide. Their move to IFS Cloud marks a pivotal step in modernizing their technology and operations.
Our team worked closely with ES&S throughout themigration, ensuring a smooth transition from IFS Applications 9 to the cloud.From data migration and system upgrades to user onboarding and post-launchsupport, we’ve helped ES&S unlock greater agility and efficiency.
Some key solutions we delivered include:
- A custom Certification and ECO module to manage complex, state-specific regulations from one centralized platform.
- Digitized management of hundreds of contractors during busy election periods, streamlining background checks, tracking, and payments.
- A mobile work order application to empower field teams with real-time task management, boosting responsiveness.

We Builta Smarter Way to Test on IFS Cloud
This month, we launched a custom Test Automation Tool built specifically to integrate with our IFS Cloud implementations designed to make testing faster, more reliable, and far less manual.
As testing complex workflows can take up valuable time and resources, we wanted a solution that would streamline this process and give our teams more space to focus on what matters most.
So, we developed one. Built with Playwright, our tool seamlessly integrates with IFS Cloud and replicates real user interactions. From clicking through interfaces and entering data to navigating screens and generating reports. It intelligently manages dynamic content, waits for elements to load, and verifies expected outcomes such as confirmation messages or data population, ensuring every step works as intended.
Now, tasks like order processing, report validation, or role configuration can be tested quickly and confidently, helping us maintain high standards while moving at speed.
This is another step forward in how we deliver quality, agility, and innovation for our clients.
Celebrated Vesak with Sweet Moments and Community Spirit
In celebration of Vesak, the Inivos team came together to host a refreshing Ice Cream Dansala, sharing sweetness and goodwill with the community. This initiative was proudly employee-funded, reflecting our team's spirit of giving and engagement beyond the workplace. After a long, hard day, it was great to see everyone, especially the kids, taking a moment to enjoy a refreshing ice cream.
Sharing this sweet treat felt like a small way to unwind and celebrate the spirit of Vesak together. Moments like these help us connect beyond work and embrace the spirit of generosity and togetherness that Vesak represents.
Inivos at IFS Connect Nordics 2025 - Live from Stockholm!
Our team was on the ground in Stockholm for IFS Connect Nordics 2025 - where industry insights and future-focused ideas took center stage.
Our Chief Operating Officer, Ayomi Gunewardena, teamed up with Ulf Johansson Sales Executive Cegeka Applications IFS, to share insights on navigating cloud upgrades, AI adoption, and scaling with agility.
Together, they demonstrated how Inivos and Cegeka are helping businesses embrace digital transformation confidently and sustainably.
