• ES&S is a powerhouse in U.S. elections trusted to deliver secure, accurate, and accessible voting systems across the nation.
• Their transition to IFS Cloud marks a major milestone. Our collaboration focused on boosting agility, streamlining operations, and preparing their tech stack for the future.

Our approach in action:

• Cutover phase: We successfully migrated data from IFS Applications 9 to the cloud, implementing key system enhancements along the way.
• User transition: ES&S teams were smoothly moved to the new platform, with any issues quickly resolved and the system fine-tuned for their unique operational needs.
• Post-go-live support: We delivered additional refinements to enhance user experience and ensure smooth operations after migration.

But that’s not all!

We also tackled three major operational challenges with tailored solutions:

• State-specific regulatory complexity

We developed a custom Certification and ECO module within IFS. This empowered ES&S to manage state-specific documentation, specifications, and approvals in one centralized place eliminating the need to navigate multiple modules and significantly reducing delays.

• Managing high contractor volumes during peak seasons

To support the transition and management of 400–500 contractors during election cycles, we helped digitize the process using IFS assyst. The new flow integrates background checks (via Sterlin), tracks progress using employee IDs, and streamlines verification and payment processing, saving valuable time and reducing manual work.

• Field operations made easy

We implemented the Mobile Work Order Application using IFS FSM, enabling field teams to efficiently access, update, and manage tasks on the go enhancing responsiveness and overall service delivery.
